Modular Learning Modality
Modular learning is a form of remote learning based on DepEd's most essential learning skills using Self Learning Modules (SLM). The modules include sections on motivation and assessment that serve as a comprehensive guide to the desired competencies of both teachers and students.

Learning modules are the innovative features of the academic year. They are not simply homework or workload but are self-directed online and offline activities that are designed to supplement and support the Online Class Days. Each module is workable for 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the learner's grade level. Modules are designed with a learning objective, a pre-activity, learning tasks, and a post-assessment.

Teachers track the progress of the students by calling or messaging and feedback mechanisms (after social distance protocols) and guide those who need special attention.
